Client: 17th & Grand, LLC

In December of 2018, Hall Emery sought the help of McCall Group to assist in the development of a state-of-the-art multi-use building located in the heart of Nashville’s famed Music Row.  The site was acquired from country music artist Ray Stephens and has been cleared and readied for construction to begin.

The project consists of 135,000 SF of Class A office space, 9,000+ SF of prime street-level retail space, 7,000+ SF of elevated terrace, 14,000 SF of common amenity and BOH space, and an attached 478 space (192,000+ SF) parking garage.

McCall Group has completed Pre-Construction Services for the project and a Guaranteed Maximum Price has been finalized with the project slated to break ground in September of 2020.
