Client: West Main Museum and Hotel, LLC
The Owners of 21c Durham, LLC had a vision to create a full-service hotel and contemporary art museum in a historic structure. McCall Group made their idea a reality by providing complete Owner’s Representative services for the development and construction of the 21c Museum Hotel in downtown Durham.
The project consisted of a historic rehabilitation of the Hill Building which formerly housed a bank and department store.
The result?
A 125-room full service hotel and a 10,000 SF contemporary art museum along with a world-class restaurant, Counting House, seating approximately 166 patrons adjoining a lounge and bar.
