21c Museum Hotel – Oklahoma City

Client: 21c Oklahoma City

McCall Group provided complete Owner’s Representative services for the development and construction of 21c’s sixth location just west of downtown in Oklahoma City, OK. The project consisted of a historic rehabilitation of the 188,000 SF Model T manufacturing facility into a 135 room hotel. After successfully managing the 21c hotel in Louisville, Cincinnati, Durham, and Lexington, 21c Museum Hotels entrusted McCall Group to bring their vision again to OKC.

The result?
In May 2016, the 21c brand opened their 6th hotel in Oklahoma City, with 135 guest rooms and suites, an 14,000 SF contemporary art museum, restaurant, and bar.
